"The desk chair (the only chair in the room) was old, squeaky and dirty.
The elevator I used to access our room on the 4th floor had a problem. When pushing the button for the 4th floor, I had to push it repeatedly over and over for about 30 to 45 seconds before it would light up and begin ascending."

"Hot tub was my reason for coming to this location. The pool was closed, but the hot tub was running the whole time I was there and it was great. All the staff I encountered were polite and friendly. And the grits were all it took for me to love the breakfast. My room was clean and spacious. The hotel is a little older so there are some superficial cracks and peeling on the doors and in the bathroom, but nothing that kept me from enjoying our stay. "Room not very clean, sink filled up with water every time I used it, no drawers to put your clothes in, can't take the stairs and elevator was always dirty and/or stinky, signs say no smoking but I could smell weed and smoke the whole time (5 nights) I was there and had to put a towel at the bottom of my door to try to keep the smell out, paid for a breakfast biscuit that was nasty - had to go down and order and wait (no room service), treadmill out of order, had to go down to the lobby level...

"There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. "
