Gorgeous house, very communicative host, amazing views, perfect for winter holidays, thanksgiving and medium-large group retreats.

We are a family of 18, ranging in age from 85-12. On a scale of 1-10, the 16 people under 80 would rate it an 11, the best house we'd ever rented. There was so much to do that our week sped by. The house was roomy. Beds were comfortable. Game room and theater were special, as were the pool, hot tub and fire pit. We all appreciated the number of bathrooms, the two ovens in the kitchen, the basement refrigerator and oven, and the privacy that the surrounding woods provided. However, the seniors found the lack of handrails to go down to the basement level and to the pool a major impediment. One of us was pretty much confined to the main floor and the porch, where there were comfortable rocking chairs. A suggestion for VRBO is that listings include whether or not there are accommodations for those with physical limitations.

Beautiful house with plenty of space

The house and layout was perfect for our annual family get together. We comfortably fit with a senior, boomers and spouses and adult grandchildren with their significant others. The kitchen and common areas were spacious and comfortable for hanging out and big group meals and the pool and hot tub were beautiful.

Amazing House for Group Trip

This house is perfect for a large group! The views from the house are fantastic and it's only 5 min away from Sunday River - highly recommend!

Location was great. Easy to Sunday River and cross country skiing/snowshoeing. Views and hot tub were great. Kitchen is well appointed and having two ovens was great with a big crew. Bedrooms upstairs are very choppy and strangely situated (have to go through some bedrooms to get to others) but not a big deal. We would have loved to have a fire but it was obvious that the owners did not permit that (no fire wood anywhere in house, garage, deck, etc. and a totally clean fire place without evidence of recent fires). We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic time at this property. It's everything you need for a great getaway and so close to Sunday River! The hot tub was amazing, and so were all the games. Movie room was a huge bonus and the fact that it was dog friendly.

Awesome rental near Sunday River

We stayed at this great location for 2 nights for a work retreat with a large group. The kitchen was great for cooking group meals and there was plenty of space for everyone. Loved it!

Great for family gatherings

The property had all the means to keep anyone entertained even on a rainy day. The yard was large enough to hold a yard game or two while others swam and enjoyed the sun. Great stay.

Our large group had a great time at this house, plenty of space and a lot for us to all do. Only thing that could have made the stay better was if there was hot water in the showers. Overall would stay again.

Sunday River

Huge house to accommodate 3 families. Great location which allowed us to do several day trips to explore Western Maine and the White Mountains of NH as well as take advantage of all that Sunday River and Bethel have to offer.

We have 20 people stay at this house for a retreat, and it was an absolute blast. Highly recommend for large parties

My friends and I had an awesome annual labor day weekend get together at Quinn’s place! The pool, hottub and attic game room were all a big hit, as well as the firepit (no firewood on location so had to pick some up). Place was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials for cooking. Plenty of room and beds for all. Thank you for hosting us!

Great family getaway!

We had the whole family (14 adults and 3 children) stay at this wonderful Estate. There was plenty to do on the property and in the area that we didn’t even get to everything! The kitchen was great for big family cooking/ meals. The saltwater pool was refreshing.

Great family ski getaway

We had a great time for new years with a group of 24. There was plenty of room to spread out. Location of the home is fantastic for skiing at Sunday River. We were also very pleased with the cleanliness of the home and the snow removal service. A few upgrades to pots/pans and sleeper sofa are recommended but overall a fantastic stay.

Great Place!!!

It was everything listed and more. Great location, great views, and awesome amenities. The host was excellent. Very responsive and flexible, especially regarding checkout and services (plowing in particular). It was a great location for a company ski trip. We were able house everyone, 16, comfortably.

Great family vacation home.

Our family of 11 adults and 2 children enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautifully appointed spacious home. The pool was fantastic, and there was ample room in the backyard for family games. We also enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and the incredible views of Sunday River from the back of the house. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future. Anna"

Great Place

Our family of 14 had a wonderful week here in July. So much to do we hardly went anywhere. Big driveway for pickle ball. Big lawn for Kubb. Beautifully designed pool. Lovely screen porch. Large spa, shuffleboard, pool, and giant screen movie theater--wow. We had a few minor quibbles, so not perfect. Still a 5.
