- Absolutely perfect spacious home for families to share and enjoy all the county has to offer. Perfectly located to explore both coastlines from the rugged north shore to the picturesque south with its ancient harbours and coves. Only a few minutes drive to many fine sandy beaches that adorn the coastline. Including the ever-popular Fistral, Crantock, Holywell Bay and Perranporth with their quaint shops and ice cream parlours. Take time to sample the fine restaurants and traditional inns in the local area, many with stunning views out to sea. Attractions in the area include the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, Screech Owl Sanctuary, Oasis Fun Pool, Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project and Cornwall Crealy Adventure Park.
Step inside from the garden terrace through a stable door into the bright country style kitchen. Well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast table whilst planning your day ahead. Head through into the dining room with low ceilings, exposed beams and plenty of seating for all the family, this is ideal for a special evening meal. From the hallway is the cosy twin bedroom with low ceilings and the lounge with plenty of space and comfy sofas to relax and watch a film on the Smart TV, in front of the wood burner. Upstairs on the first floor is the king-size bedroom which has a Smart TV and countryside views, and a single bedroom also has countryside views. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.
Heading outside the garden really is fantastic for all the family and your four-legged friends. Play some garden games on the lawn, laze on the sofa in the summerhouse, relax and read a book in one of the various seating areas or relax on the swing chair on the terrace. Completely unwind in the hot tub or alfresco dine with charcoal BBQ on the go on a sunny evening. After dinner gather around the fire pit under the stars and toast marshmallows. There’s driveway parking for three cars.
