We highly recommend for your next vacation!The owner, Craig, was incredibly easy to communicate with, responding to questions quickly and friendly.The property was extremely clean!! The kitchen had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. There was a grill and Blackstone, which was a nice surprise to all the grillin' husbands. The deck was nice for outdoor eating, as well as games and relaxing time with everyone. ...

"We came for a long weekend for a graduation. Little Vernon was way more than we had hoped for. Plenty of room, clean (even mints in the bedrooms ) Easy checkin and great communication with owner, Laurel. The house had such interesting touches from an end table to a clock. If you are ever in the Bangor area little vernon is a must! "

"Peaceful, relaxed, beautiful, rustic. It’s a cabin on a lake with the essentials plus WiFi. We all loved it. Especially the firepit and watching the moon come up over the lake. Our host was very responsive and helpful. It was all we needed or wanted!"

"In Maine visiting UMaine Orono. Property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. House had plenty of room, 2nd floor bed was comfortable. Close to campus, restaurants, and the view of the lake was lovely. Some aesthetic aspects of the home appeared unfinished/in progress, but this did not negatively affect our stay. Thank you!!"

"I can’t say enough how amazing our time was at this campground. The cottage was adorable! So comfortable and cozy. It’s small, but it was all we needed. My daughter and I stayed there for a concert. There are three different playgrounds, a large community fire pit, beautiful pool, bouncy pillow, games room, and mini golf. The people were so friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are adorable and clean. I can’t say enough how much I loved this place I seriously am thinking of taking another trip...

"We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years. This was by far, the best experience we have had. The host (Ethan) when above and beyond in providing everything we could possibly need. In addition, the property was perfect for us. It was a wonderful place to get away and unwind. "

Situated on a somewhat active road, the property sits on an old gas station and above an unoccupied Chinese restaurant. Noise from passing traffic was an issue for our infants at times.
