Totally comfortable and move-in ready at 98 Mill Street, the two bedrooms each have a King-sized bed and share a bath with tub / shower and double sink vanity. A full-sized kitchen with gas stove, dining area, and living room with flat-screen cable TV and gas fireplace make this a perfect getaway. It also includes air-conditioning, free parking, free wi-fi, and a shared patio.

Perfect Newport getaway

We have only raves for this Newport trip. The apartment was so charming and spacious. Loved the decor and new appliances. Just a great place. The hosts were really responsive and checking in was so simple. Very convenient to Newport shopping and restaurants. Definitely hope to return.

Great location, charming property

We only stayed 1 night, but would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was even cuter than the pictures made it seem. It was very centrally located with spacious rooms.

Wonderful for family of 4

This was perhaps the best place I have ever stayed on a vacation. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. We loved room to spread out for 5 days. Washer/dryer was invaluable after a day at the beach. Kitchen made it easy to keep enough food for breakfast and lunch each day. We had bikes with us and we’re thrilled to find a bike rack by the door. We were within a few minutes drive of Easton beach and Second beach. Easy drive to Breakers and Ocean Drive. Everything else we walked to! This apt is a special gem and we will definitely visit again!

Location can’t be beat!

We are so thankful we found this gem of a rental. It is on a quiet street but just 2 blocks from downtown. Parking is provided. The decor is simple and clean. Loved all the seating options when we had friends over. King beds were great to have!

Great location - walkable to main area of town, Close to all restaurants and shops. Easy five minute drive to the beach. We had a toddler with us and it was perfect. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a snack

98 Mill Street - 5 Stars!

My husband, 2 college-age kids and I stayed at 98 Mill Street for 3 nights. It was a great location, charming unit with great amenities! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Great instructions and communication from the owners. Highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment in excellent location !

This 98 Mill st apartment was absolutely perfect in every way! It was roomy, clean, perfectly equipped and decorated to bring a homey feel. The location was fabulous and it was great to have off street parking and outdoor tables to sit and chill while planning the days adventures. The property manager was kind, and rapidly responded to any questions we had. I will definitely stay at this property again, it was worth every penny!

Great property. Excellent location. Definitely would stay here again.

Property was great. Very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for a short walk to waterfront for sightseeing dining and shopping. It was great to be able to walk down the hill to go to dinner or shopping and not have to worry about finding a parking place. Owner was very good about communication and check in and check out was a breeze. Would highly recommend this property.

Ideal Newport location

This is the perfect home away from home. It was spacious and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, but you are so close to restaurants that you might find yourself enjoying those instead! The first set of steps are wedges, but the rest are easy to go up and down. The location is quiet and still close to any activities you might enjoy. We highly recommend 98 Mill St and its friendly hosts.

Perfect everything!

My family stayed here for 3 nights mid week. We brought our dog and truly appreciated how accommodating our hosts were of our dog. They had a doggie bag and treats available at the entrance. So cute! Our hosts were also so quick to respond! The amenities are perfect. If you plan on cooking, I would suggest bringing cooking oil or butter. Otherwise you have everything you need. The beds were so comfortable too and overall, the place was cozy and perfect! The location is amazing!! Just a few blocks to the center of town. Everything’s walkable! Even the immediate area is fun to walk around in. You really get the fee of the history of the town! I would highly recommend this place! Soooo much better than booking a hotel!
