"Some people were fighting around 12:30am.and no one did anything to resolve the problem. They were shouting so loudly and throwing things at each other, they woke me up; I became very nervous and couldn't sleep for the rest of the night; it really scares me because the door didn't close properly; it was missing the top safety latch.Finally around 7am.I went to the office to report the incident, and it seemed like they didn't care at all."

"Honestly, we were disappointed with our 2-night stays. Not only 1 room, but 2 rooms. The rooms are dated, and both bathrooms were broken. Overall, it's even worse than the $150 Motel 8. The toilet was kid-sized. The water level in the toilet bowl was very high. The toilet water touched my butt. The showerhead and handheld switch were broken, and the bathtub was clogged. The USB connectors on the desk lamp bases in both rooms were loose and unusable. Bugs’ dead body hangs on the ceiling....

"We had booked a room at a motel 6 in garden grove but when we got there, there was notice stating they had evacuate because of a leak. there was nobody and since I booked it at the last minute by the time we got there it was 12 midnight. I called Expedia and right away they helped me look for another hotel with a room that was available last minute. They found me this best western and I am so pleased they did! the room was so comfortable even though we only slept a couple of hours that mattress...

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff members were very attentive. They accommodated all of our requests and everyone showed such kindness to me and my husband. We ate at the restaurant more than once and the food and service were excellent. The room was nice and comfortable and the lake behind the property made for a really nice view. I highly recommend this property. It’s also well situated within walking distance of restaurants and also close to shopping."

"I loved being close to the pool - my back wasn’t happy with the bed so I had to leave a day early so I could walk… the floor boards in the room need to be glued down as they are buckling - the staff was amazing - it was fun to go sit at the pool every morning and read - location is great! Not sure why I smelled cigarette smoke in my room - possibly the vents???"

"My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff."
