"really nice room. Received notice before we arrived that the room we booked would have been noisy. Staff accommodated our wishes and glad they did as room was great in the boutique hotel but the main hotel was REALLY loud and packed. So busy we decided not to eat there as too loud and busy, Other than that the rest of the hotel was excellent"

"This is the fourth time I have stayed at the Royal. As a solo traveller (on this occasion), I felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel and local area and all of the staff members I encountered were pleasant and helpful. I was allocated an accessible room (not requested) which was spacious and clean with a large wet room style bathroom. The water pooled on the floor following a shower but it was carefully dried by cleaning staff members on a daily basis and towels were in plentiful...

"Very basic could do with a lick of paint in many places. Mattresses and pillows old and tired . Beautiful parquet floor in our room though. Key system malfunction was a bit of a problem for some folk while we were there"

"Great position, easy walking to shops, cafe, train. No onsite parking so if you require it check in and drop bags off first and then park your car. Room very cosy and beds comfy."

"Beautifully designed and modern hotel in great location with good trendy vibe. Hotel staff were very attentive and the Greek poolside food was perfect lunch spot for our staycation. Beautiful interiors and design of the hotel. Will definitely return here."

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"The reception staff were great. The bartenders were awful. It was more important to them to stock the bar than help us the customer. Overall it is a cold hotel with a lot of metal and concrete"
