We got to stay on the beautiful property where we saw cows, and the access to the sites that we wanted to see was so easily drivable. "First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. "This is a dormitory. It is a very spacious, well-priced, and close to the centre, but has some inconveniences you wouldn't expect if staying in an apartment, as it is advertised. Some of our challenges: the listing shows a washer. But the washer is not in the space, and you have to buy tokens during office hours. We arrived at 5pm Friday and were out of luck. To use the shower you have to sit on the floor. The heat is constantly on, so you have to manage that to get a comfortable temperature."

Unacceptable and unprofessional service. Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full.
