"The Della room was amazing. Clean, quiet and the bathtub/hot tub was wonderful. I only wish the fireplace was not out of order. The caretakers were very nice and the breakfast was perfect. "

"We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then. There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change. Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat...

"The bedsheets were very dirty — there were crumbs, hair, and even footprints on them. It seems like the hotel didn’t change the sheets after the previous guest checked out. You get what you pay for."
