No smoking inside the property – you may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

No pets allowed unless agreed in advance.

Care of the Property

Please treat the house with respect – any damages or breakages must be reported immediately.

Keep all doors and windows locked when leaving the property.

Only use appliances for their intended purposes.

Leave used dishes washed or placed in the dishwasher.

Remove rubbish and place in bins provided.

Safety

Do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety equipment.

Candles or open flames are not permitted.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Check-out

Please leave the property in a tidy condition.

Ensure all lights and appliances are switched off.

Keys must be returned as instructed – lost keys may incur a replacement fee.
