Newcastle City Apartment

This one-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Newcastle CBD and only one block to the harbour and two blocks to the beach. Situated on level 5 within Tattersalls on Watt, the apartment has water views from the living room and balcony and is on the footsteps of the light rail, cafes, bars, and everything else the city has to offer. Whether for business or pleasure the apartment is appointed to ensure that you travel in luxury and convenience.

Unique for a one-bedroom apartment, the floorplan affords separate living and dining areas that are joined by a New York style kitchen complete with gas cooking facilities and dishwasher.

The living space includes a chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests, a 65 inch smart TV with Netflix and Kayo and access to the generously sized balcony.

The bedroom is huge with a king size bed, walk through robe, direct access to the balcony, and wall-mounted TV.

The two-way bathroom has a separate bath and shower and is accessible from both the bedroom and the dining area.

The apartment also includes a European laundry with washing machine and dryer, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and secure undercover parking for one vehicle.

Please note: All direct bookings for this property are non-refundable. Once payment has been made to Maison Property Management, and the booking is confirmed, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at any time, or do not show up to the reservation.

Great info on how to find apartment, it was nice, clean and quiet, larger than expected...easy walk to beaches, pubs and cafes

Where we live in Sydney is really convenient and we walk everywhere - this place is just like being at home but close to the water. We would have been at the Newcastle baths every day but it was raining for most of our stay. This meant we could make use of the massive TV in the lounge room. The only tip we have is to bring your own laptop and HDMI cable to connect to the lounge room TV which is great for movies. The TV in the bedroom has all the apps.The bed is really comfy, the bathroom is good and if you need to cook there is a full size oven and gas stove top.We really loved the location - the apartment is close to everything including parks for our little pug. We hope to be back.If you want somewhere for a great meal, go to Locks Paddock! It's so close and the food is amazing.We hope to be back this year.

Overall the apartment was fine, with good facilities, strong shower, however the coffee machine didn’t function with incorrect pods provided. The carpet needed cleaning with long blonde hair on the charcoal grey carpet as well as dog fur…so we wondered what happens with the cleaning fee?As well our booking didn’t show up on the app, and so we didn’t receive information on how to access the property, until I called up.

We were within a short walk of Newcastle Beach, and a short walk to the riverfront. From our 5th floor window and balcony we could view bulk carriers and tugboats arriving and departing the Port of Newcastle! We loved Estobar and Woolies Metro, plus the abundance of Harris Farm Market, all within walking distance. And we slept well!

Felt really informed with the instructions how to find it and get in and all that. Really nice people to communicate with. Great apartment. Will return to this place should I visit Newcastle again.
