Thank you for choosing to stay at one of Payten Streets Properties - Near new 1 bedroom unit (with car space) right on Newcastle Beach, one of the best locations in Newcastle. Ideal for a couple’s getaway with plenty of restaurants, cafes & bars within walking distance. Sleeps 2 with 1 Queen Bed, car space and amazing views right over the beach, perfect for leisure & business.

***The space***
This open plan apartment has sweeping views across the pacific ocean. The moment you walk in you can see that deep blue from every window in the property.

***Other things to note***
- Please note that check-in and check-out times are strict as it allows our cleaning team to have all houses ready for the next guest, early check-in (from 12pm) or late check-out (12pm) can sometimes be arrange - a $50 fee is required for both ($50 each). This needs to be arranged and paid for in advance as special arrangements do need to be organised. Please note that requests for early access on the day of check in will not be accepted.
- Cancellation Policy is firm
- We will show you 100% respect and we do ask that the same is shown to us, we are in a business where things come up and we will do our best to assist you and rectify any issues asap
- We do have 4 small children 6 & under so we are not always available to take your call or respond to your message straight away but we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are also one of those families that travel around in our caravan and we love to get local knowledge on places, if you have a hidden gem you would like to share with us we would very much appreciate it
- We have a welcome book in the house with some of our favourite things to do and places to eat and drink so be sure to check that out
- On confirmation of your booking you will receive an email from us with everything you will need for your stay, please be sure to read over this email carefully as it will tell you everything
- We are only able to provide one set of keys for each stay, we cannot issue a second set under any circumstance

Will stay again

100% stay again when back in Newcastle, easy location to get to different things to do. Close to different places for food.

Windy Newcastle

Apartment was well equiped with everything you would need including the little extras like salt and pepper and laundry detergent. The car park was very handy given the paid parking everywhere. You can access food places if you are prepared to walk, but there is little in the way of shopping nearby. It was very windy and the wind made a huge whistling noise under the door. We used a blanket to fix this but it could do with a proper draught stopper. The only thing that let it down was the windows inside the verandah. They were in desperate need of a clean, something had been spilt down the inside and the outside needed a wash down. You could lie in bed and watch the ocean so this was important. We realise that being near the ocean makes it hard to keep windows clean, but these were protected by shutters before we arrived. I would stay again and really enjoyed seeing whales every day.

Difficult on first and last day

Need to get on hands and knees with a torch to enter code and access key. Didn't help that wall covers were on the lift walls obscuring swipe panel. Lifts were not working for last two days. Up and down 8 flights a few times with heavy luggage in time to get to airport. Need a holiday to recover!
