A Luxurious Beachfront Getaway

  • Servicios de cinco estrellas en una relajante residencia privada elegante. Totalmente equipado para la relajación y el entretenimiento con 4 televisores OLED, Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, 4 baños con chorros para el cuerpo en tres duchas, pisos con calefacción en áreas húmedas y cocina para artistas con vida interior / exterior para brindarle la libertad de adaptar su experiencia de escapada. Esta casa de playa está situada justo enfrente de Blacksmiths Beach. Puede abrir las ventanas para disfrutar del relajante sonido de las olas o simplemente disfrutar de la brisa marina que fluye por la tarde, es muy relajante mientras observa a los siempre constantes paracaidistas deslizarse hacia la playa. La casa de la playa está diseñada para acomodar hasta 8-10 personas con 3 espacios discretos para proporcionar su propio espacio. La casa principal es ideal para una familia o dos parejas con dos habitaciones con camas king size, una habitación tiene su propio traje y con su propio televisor LG Oled en ambas habitaciones. Una habitación individual adicional con dos camas individuales y una cuna, constituyen las opciones de dormitorio de residencia principal. Ropa de cama adicional está disponible con un sofá cama ubicado en la sala principal. Una unidad de estudio separada se adjunta a la casa principal con capacidad para dos huéspedes adicionales, que es privada para la residencia de la casa principal, perfecta para los suegros o una escapada con amigos, tiene su propio baño, cocina, TV, aire acondicionado, lavavajillas y nevera. . Great hosts and beautiful place. Our kids and grandkids loved the lovely lawn. It's a very clever setup with the separate studio and rear games/sleep-out room. Our extended family could be together but with our own space. Recommend!

A truly relaxing and memorable stay

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxuries house.It is extremely comfortable with stunning views. The house has been carefully designed and lots of extras were included, in fact everything that you may need during your stay. It was very peaceful, tranquil place. A truly hidden gem, a credit to the hosts of the property.Thank you!

We stayed here for our family Christmas holiday and absolutely loved it. The place is amazing and truly an entertainer’s delight, the kitchen is incredibly well equipped with quality ovens, fridges, appliances and every piece of kitchenware you could possibly need.The layout is perfect: central living areas, a great BBQ and pergola space, plus separate living areas and facilities that made it easy to cater for both kids and adults.The location is also fantastic, a beautiful beach right across the road, and only a short drive to shops and clubs, with easy access to major shopping centres too. We would 100% stay again and it is definitely on our list for a return visit.

We really liked the house. It is so well equipped with all the modern appliances in the kitchen, bathrooms etc.. It is a great place if you want to come with 2-3 families. You can have your own space . But still be together. Everything was clean. Loved the garden. Also across the rd from the beach. The communication with Jon was easy. We had a great time. Thanks for having us at your lovely place.

Best Christmas holiday house

Wonderful stay, couldn’t ask for anything more. House fully equipped with so much entertainment and plenty of room for everyone!!! Not to mention the beach just a short stroll away!!! The locals are super friendly. The adults were well rested and the kids were entertained every second.. the only trouble was deciding what to eat or drink for the day.. we have made lovely new 2023 Christmas memories, Thank you Jon and Gabrielle.

Everything you need for a group getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at Blacksmiths Beach. The house was spacious, well kept, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a few days away with a small group of friends. Jon and Gabrielle were incredibly accomodating and helpful, and it’s clear that they put a lot of care into the property. I have already recommended the place to family and friends. Thanks for having us!

Great location, awesome presentation and amazing host

Our families had a great experience renting out John’s home. The property is huge and is just across the road from beach access. He provided a multitude of towels, toiletries and even small snacks for everyone to enjoy. We had an amazing Christmas. Thanks John!!

Luxurious, convenient and relaxing stay

We visited for the State nippers titles and our stay was a pleasant surprise. The house had Top of the range appliances which made our stay extra comfortable. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for the amount of people staying (10) and everyone seemed to have their own space which was great. The convenience of being opposite the beach was great and an outside shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash was a lovely way to finish off an ocean swim. The check in and check out process was so easy. Thank you to Jon and Gabrielle we will definitely be booking again next year!

Perfect Place to Getaway

Jon and Gabrielle were amazing hosts with a very beautiful property!We were a group of 10 adults going for our annual getaway. Jon had great communication every step of the way and checking in and out was very simple. Place was very well stocked and I cannot speak any more highly of how accomodating and homey this place was. Jon provided recommendations and history of the area which we really appreciated and followed some of the activities which we thoroughly enjoyed including a day trip to Hunter Valley. Thank you so much Jon and Gabrielle for the opportunity to let us call this beautiful place home for a little bit. The group is already speaking about booking for next year's trip!

Our family was overwhelmed with The property, every room was to our expectations, cleanliness, linen, towels, cups, glasses, etc loved the fridge great asset for the kids, entertainment room top notch. I can say we recommend this property for families. We certainly shall be back again regularly

The property was well setout, the fitout is really nice and luxurious. The property location across the Rd from the beach is also a Greta aspect of this rental. I highly recommend anyone going to blacksmiths / Swansea area to book this property Joe

Great location and property

Everything had been thought of. Big rooms, plenty of space for our 2 families. Gorgeous decor, right across from the beach. The only disappointment was that we needed to live out of our suitcases as there was no storage / cupboards/ hanging space in all bedrooms apart from bed 1.

Perfect Christmas Getaway

We stayed at Jon and Gabrielle's property for our annual friends and family Christmas get together and could not have had a better time. The property is clean and well equipped to prepare a Christmas meal for all, with so many separate spots for everyone to hang out at. We'll be back next year at Christmas again!

The house was very modern, comfortable and had all the things you need to make your stay comfortable. Jon was very good at communicating and gave us recommendations on places to eat and go. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will definitely book this place again!

Greatest parents and kids retreat

The property is fantastic and the location works summer or winter. Summer you can take advatage of the beach and water activities and in winter enjoy the fantastic facilities at the home. The kids could not believe the games retreat out the back and were so disappointed when it was time to head home. Jon is a fantastic host and provided fantastic information before the stay to help with planning some things to do

Brilliant Family Gem

The photos look good but the place is even better! Spacious, well kept and immaculately presented. Hosts, Jon & Gabrielle, provided many extra touches to make us feel welcome and at home. Weather-wise, it could have been a miserable weekend, with non-stop rain, and flooding, but the house more than made up for it and we had a great family get together. Cannot wait to get back!

beautiful spot

we came for our annual trip to State Championships and what an amazing stay it was! The house was perfectly located, incredibly clean, and i have never stayed in better supplied accommodation. Owners really have their guests in mind. Even the neighbours are nice, next door neighbour gave our children bunch of home grown bananas! Beautiful, comfortable stay! I wish all Stayz houses are like this! Loved it and hope to be back!
