The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Close heart of Newcastle, Merewether Beach ,Bar Beach, Dixon Park Beach, Anzac Bridge, Bogey Hole etc...........

There is a key safe lock at the right side of the main entry door. We will provide you the lock pin few hrs before your check in time. There is small renovation going on outside the house which has no affect on the areas of your stay. This house have two street access, entry of the house is from the back street, which is from View street.

One word it I was worst experience

House was dirty, floor is disgusting. Lots of things need to be repaired like , balcony fence, floor , kitchen stove, tap , tv remote, bed lamp etc . Also the property is bit higher than others

Mereweather house

This house was lovely and spacious, set up among trees. The neighbourhood was quiet. Thestairs were a bit of a challenge as a couple of family members have mobility problems. But on the whole, I recommend it

Merewether stay

Nice house but slightly difficult to find. The entrance is nowhere near the address given. There were a couple of issues but I have advised the owners of these so hope they are rectified.

A bit disappointing

We were disappointed with some aspects of the house. Overall cleanliness was only okay. Kitchen needs to be much better equipped and maintained. Main bedroom has no wardrobe, hanging space or drawers. All beds are double, not queen as described. There is no usable yard and the bottom deck needs some repairs. More was expected given the description of the house.

More detailed property description would be beneficial

Property is well located about 3kms away from nice beach. House in general is comfortable, in particular new well equiped kitchen and living area with spacious lunch and large TV. Bedrooms are ok but privacy is an issue as they are all next to each other. They are also sharing one toilet. The current property description is very basic and it is hard to gage what this property is offering without contacting the owner. For example, it was listed as having a pool, which it has not got. At present, there is no WIFI or dryer in the house and main bedroom does not have any wardrobes. It was also challenging to find the property because its address was on the bottom but its entry was on the top about a kilometre away. We also had an issue with the fist night, which somehow was double booked but otherwise communication with the owner was ok. We also felt that for the area, the property was probably overpriced.
