Staff was excellent. They had weird cleaning smell in the hotel. Good for a simple stay. The shower tub needs deep cleaning.

Wyndham Independence
Upon checking in, there was a young couple in front of us that had 2 rooms reserved. They were having trouble coming up with an extra $200 for the mandatory $100 per room incidental hold charge. Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood
Simple accommodations but clean and has everything you need. Free breakfast is a plus. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Lakefront Haven w/ 50-ft Dock 4BR Near Punderson Park & Amish Country EV Charger
By far the most pleasant and responsive host I have encountered in the dozen or so VRBOs I have stayed at. Keep it up! It's an older, refurbished home which had a few issues which were quickly addressed. I would stay there again.

3-bedroom cabin in country setting with AC, WiFi, 15-20 min. to local wineries.
This beautiful cabin exceeded our expectations! The beautiful pictures don't do it justice.

Rare Cleveland Apt: Heart of Little Italy! With Sauna & Hot Tub!
This was our second stay here... deferent unit, but just as clean and comfortable! The sauna and hot tub were so relaxing! Great, responsive host!
