"Beautiful home that was clean and updated. Comfortable beds and seating areas. There were a few ants on the kitchen counter but nothing major. Great laundry, outdoor space, plenty of closet space and hangers in each room. Lots of dishes, silverware and cups for a group even though there was only 2 of us."

"Overall was very good. Only issue was didnt have wifi or television. Not huge and likely easily fixable. "

"Christen was great to respond and was eager to allow an earlier check in to match our schedule. The house was great with a lot of space. Everything was clean and neat. Nice fenced in yard for our pets and awesome view of the nearby river. Great trip!"

"The property manager Heather was awesome !Saturday evening the heating cooling unit seem to be having some issues and she came out and even offered to move to a different cabin but it came back and it was working and it worked great the rest of the weekend"

"We came down from michigan for the rwgroomx expo and competition. Brought our standard poodles and love the fact that we were able to have our dogs with us at the house and we were able to get our poodles ready before going to thw competition. Thank you!"

"The property is just as pictured, very comfortable and very clean. My boys loved it! Rob was a great host! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. It’s a great location, making it easy to get everywhere in town. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended if you’re traveling to Evansville!"

"This house was in a great locationand we had lots of fun"

"We stayed at this cabin for a full week and had an amazing time. It was tucked away and on a beautiful piece of property. We drove to town (15-30 min depending on where we went) for some good restaurants and sightseeing. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Mr. Doug was a great host and we had everything we needed. "Very nice and roomy the family really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The kitchen has all the dishes you need and some condiments especially coffee... I loved it had washer and dryer... Close to parks and river... I'd definitely rent again..."
