Great new home - just for you!

This brand new home is setup to be quiet, convenient and comfortable for the entire stay, whether it’s just for a couple nights as a getaway or a prolonged stay for a business trip. And the best part is it’s all yours! No crowded hotels, no lines to deal with, no worries about cleanliness and how many people you have to be around. This is just for you and the ones you choose.

Its a ranch style split floor plan which features three bedrooms and two full baths with the ability to accommodate up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed with separate bath and large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a queen bed and the third had a twin over full bunk bed.

High speed internet and cable is provided. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom setup with cable and Netflix. There is a washer and drier in the laundry room for your use. The kitchen is well equipped, including a full set of cookware and a coffee pot with filters. Mid stay cleanings for longer bookings can be arranged. In addition I will do my best to provide special accommodations should reasonable requests be made.

Unfortunately I do require there be no lit candles, smoking or pets in the house. Both myself and children have allergies and this is a part time home for us. I appreciate you being respectful and treating the home as such, since it is just that. I currently do not allow access to the garage but there is enough room for two larger vehicles in the driveway.

I do require a two night minimum and can accommodate longer term rentals for an extended stay. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have. I look forward to sharing this home with you during your visit to Newburgh, Indiana.

Very nice property.

Home for the holidays and a great place to stay. Away from all the shopping mess, but quick to get there when we wanted to. Wonderful and clean house. Everything is new and great room is spacious. A very nice owner.

Everyone enjoyed the visit. Everything looked new - the house is obviously well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and the highway(s). Would definitely recommend staying here :)

First class home

Our state was very good to check in. Was a little bit tenuous because the house cleaner deadbolted the front door. We couldn't get in. But was able to get a hold of Josh and the problem was resolved efficiently. We've stayed there before and will be staying there again I'm sure.

Clean, well appointed

Cute and clean home with everything we needed. Great communication with property owner. Only hiccup … they are doing some major construction projects on roads and lot nearby, and multiple roads were closed. Noise wasn’t a factor for us as we were busy with a wedding and only used the place for sleeping … but could be a problem if you’re hanging out there during the day. The issue for us was it was actually difficult to navigate to GET to the house because of two road closures. We eventually found the way but it would have been nice to have been warned instead of trying to stumble around the first time. We would rent this place again without any hesitation.

Very clean property. Perfect for our family of six adults, but if you have kids they will love the bunk beds and toys. Safe neighborhood. Well appointed. We had everything we needed.

Great stay East of Evansville

This rental is awesome for a family retreat to Newburgh and Evansville Indiana! Split floor leaves 2 bedrooms across the house for kids. Centrally located in Newburgh and easy access to the Lloyd Expressway. Very clean, owner responded to any questions we had quickly. Would recommend for family visiting the area. Perfect set up for family.

This was exactly how smooth renting a property should be. With a touch of my finger i was able to stay in contact with the owner. Every question was answered and polite conversation was held. Even let me go to the room earlier then check in time. Very clean. My family and i will be back.
