"lovely hotel, great spa facilities & lovely meal. staff all fab . nly issue was the security bold on the room jammed into place when we were int he spa so we couldnt get back into our room and they had to call maintenance. the lady on reception said it happens often. we were in a hurry so it was not great and we began to panic about the time. these should be removed and replaced with ones that cant lock when you leave the room. very scary if you left a young child in there and popped out for 1...
