"Loved all of the attention to detail. The host made sure we had two beds for the babies. Definitely somewhere we would want to stay again! "

"This was a wonderful location and property. David was super responsive to inquiries and requests. It was a great set-up for big gatherings—lots of room to spread out. The bedrooms were well-appointed. Two of the beds are pull-outs, and they were amazingly comfortable (I was pleasantly surprised). The kitchen was fully stocked. Air-conditioning units in rooms, as well as ceiling fans, made the hot weather bearable. We would definitely book here again. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Another great stay. We also enjoyed being able to check in early. The house is stocked with everything. Nice layout and clean. This was our second time renting and we have already booked for Labor Day weekend. The hosts are friendly and readily available for questions if needed. Neighbors on both sides are nice. We caught several catfish and crappie. My daughter enjoyed the kid kayaks. Highly recommend this property!!"

"It was perfect! We didn’t really get to stay to enjoy the area. It was a quick trip in and out to pick up furniture. But, it was a nice place to shower and sleep. I definitely recommend it!"

"We had an amazing stay and the home was everything we envisioned. The girls weekend we booked for the EpicCon 3 and all the charm of the town was perfect. For any TVD fan this house is everything and super spacious. We will def be coming back "

"Our family of 5 one friend stayed in this super roomie duplex outside of Boston for five days during a sports tournament. The house had all the amenities needed for a multi day stay. My husband and I took the basement room with its own bathroom and we threw the teens on the bedroom floor to share the hall bathroom. "This home has lots of room for your whole family with a quiet, private neighborhood. The game room and large family table was enjoyed greatly. There was a few minor issues with cleanliness and some updates to the kitchen would be nice, but our overall stay was wonderful!. The areas golf courses and Horse park are a plus.
