"The affordable price, especially during a busy event weekend, and the helpful, caring staff were definite positives. While a musty smell in my room and late-night noise from the neighboring room kept the experience from being more enjoyable, I appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to help throughout my stay."

"The only thing was that wasn’t informed about activities at the Kentucky Expo Center and could not leave car there for our week trip which normally would have been able to. A cost at the airport for one week was $200.00. Will do homework before we stay there again."

"Look. It's a fine hotel for a budget stay, only they aren't asking budget prices and it's lacking in a lot of areas for the price it did charge.
The nice bits were the bed was comfortable, the linens were nice, the room was big, and check-in was easy.
The rest of it isn't BAD per se, but not good. My room had a bit of an odor to it. I'd classify it as "musty". It wasn't heinous but definitely noticeable. There was a black stain on the carpet in front of the closet, which was missing a door....

"We love staying here when we go to certain events because we can walk. Staff are friendly. Ask for housekeeping because they will forget to service your room if you don’t ask. We had to ask for towels and disposable items to be refilled regularly. There’s a weird smell on the main floor and the stairway but it’s not in the rooms. Rooms are in pretty good shape. Wish the air conditioner was able to be set to a livable temperature (settings were fixed). All in all would stay here again if going to...
