Each apartment-style retreat has been carefully remodeled with modern amenities while preserving the timeless character of the historic building. The result is a welcoming space that feels both contemporary and classic, offering guests an exceptional home base for exploring the Willamette Valley.

Please note that, as part of the building's vintage character, guests will need to climb a steep flight of stairs to reach the suites, and there is no elevator. These stairs greet you as soon as you open the main door to the building. We recommend taking your time and bringing your luggage up carefully.

Yamhill Flats Suite 1 is the grand one-bedroom suite of the collection. spacious, elegant, and residential in feel. A full modern kitchen, dining area, and separate living room with French doors and an electric fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. The living area features a large couch and comfortable chairs, while the bedroom offers a plush king bed, generous closet space, and a second television for convenience.

The ensuite bathroom is bright and beautifully tiled, with a standing shower, soft towels, and a hair dryer.

Please note that the bedroom faces First Street, Newberg's main thoroughfare. Some traffic noise may be heard, though earplugs are provided, and the television, air conditioning unit, and alarm clock can all offer white noise for light sleepers.
