"Overall good hotel. Location is good being close to the motorways. Hotel was clean and breakfast is good. Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time.

"The gal at the front desk was amazing, I’d only had three hours of sleep because I went to the Prodigy gig the night before and then I decided this was a decent place to crash for the night. I got in early and while I was willing to sleep in my car until time to check in, she went above and beyond to get me sorted.
There was also a really lovely lady who was working on my floor doing housekeeping who I chatted with briefly. She told me to go in and get my head down, and was just so friendly....
