"Seating around Table adequate in Pool area other deck chairs need a refresh cracks glued n good coat of paint. Mural maybe on wall outside where the spa pool housed n 3D painting old spa circle make good photo moments. My granddaughters loved pool very coolish and I dangled my feet.Obviously they are doing updates as there was a new stairs up to front on side spa pool n they were installing a trampoline. "While everything about the hotel experience was great, nothing stood out more than the owners Grant and Trudy Smith. Grant is one of those people who makes you feel like you've been friends for years even though you only met a few minutes ago. Trudy was just as personable. Whether it be getting restaurant recommendations or borrowing bikes to ride on the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway, they were always ready to be helpful."

"Friendly staff. It was an older, single glazed studio room. Clean and fresh, plenty of space, clean linen daily with a bed change midway of our stay. The shower floor was tiled with no slipping, ideal for older people. There was no clock in living area. Only a microwave and 2 hobs in kitchen, no oven for heating.
