"Excellent "

"We were very impressed with Jack Pines Resort! We reserved a small cabin for a few days and did not realize all that this property had to offer! We didn't have a chance to rent an ATV but did enjoy walking some of their beautiful trails. The cabin was clean and comfortable. All of the staff we met were friendly and eager to help. Next time we visit, we will be more prepared to enjoy all of their amenities! This was a great place for us and our dog to get away and I would certainly recommend...

"This is the ultimate relaxation point!!!My husband and I needed a getaway and this cute spot on Lake Ethel was exactly what the doctor ordered! Lake Ethel is such a peaceful location. We were able to enjoy rain every morning of our stay, with nothing but sun shortly afterwards. Gentle breezes kept the bugs at bay and cooled the heat. "From the moment we arrive we were blown away at the size and the cozy, friendly ambiance this home gave us. The home was very clean and thoughtfully stocked; it is truly the best-equipped vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is well labeled so we knew which light switch was for which light ( which is very helpful in the size of the house) We thought the room names were a fun twist. "There were 6 of us to celebrate my daughter getting her Bachelors of Science in Aeronautics from UND! The weather was rainy and cold during our stay. The lake ice bath was perfect and the hot tub and indoor facilities were Awesome!! Just what we needed to rest and revive after the Grad Ceremonies! Love the open space and it felt like home to us. Thankyou so much for sharing your lovely home!"

"Check-in was very easy. Host was quick with responding, and friendly. Kitchen was great! Everything you could need fully stocked, very nice grill and stove. Microwave, coffee maker and full fridge and freezer. We didn’t eat out at all because of how great the kitchen was. We had the best time here and would definitely come back!"

"The hosts are very accommodating and gracious. The cabin is newly remodeled and very nice, it fit our family perfectly. There is pretty much everything you need to enjoy your vacation and make it comfortable. There is a little lean to with wood for the fire pit. There is a nice dock with a boat lift, which is very convienent. The use of the boat house was a great feature to keep the water toys and fishing gear in. The beach is nice and sandy and the water is super clear. The kids loved swimming...

"This property is misleading. There isn’t a beach area to swim in, play at or dock your boat. The large hill and lack of accessible boat dock restricted the older men in our party from getting in the boat so they watched from the patio. The room with bunk beds had ants, not great for the kids. The bathroom toilet had a leak, which lead to a perpetual wet rug. We made the best of our stay and time spent with family but this little cabin needs some TLC and an updated description. "

"This was simply a beautiful, clean house to stay in !!! We gathered here in-between games to allow the kids to eat and rest and it was so perfect!! The owners are extremely welcoming and easy to work with!!! 100% WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!! "
