I liked fantastic location and price of the property. Excelent comunication and rediness to help of the owner. Very precise check-in instructions. The property was clean. The property requires investments.

Great stay!

The location is pretty close to Times Square and is easily accessible to transportation, with many options for food within walking distance. A bit of street noise at night - but that’s expected in this territory! The host was super responsive and kind! I do recommend some sort of full length mirror or additional mirrors in the space to help with getting ready haha. Other than that, lovely stay and got exactly what was advertised! Thank you :)

Great option for sightseeing in New York!

Property was clean and straightforward. Pictures are accurate and location was very convenient to Times Square and *tons* of food options. The host was very responsive and helpful with pre-booking questions. He provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out process. Would definitely book here again!

Great location for mid-town theater and museums

Apt is a super clean space within two blocks of our theater, easy access to subway, Central Park and plenty of restaurants. As is to be expected, quarters are small for two friends, with a tiny bathroom and modest furniture. But both beds were good, AC in windows much appreciated, decent galley kitchen. Again as to be expected, street noise occurs all thru the night, but this is a good deal for the price.

Time Square Stay

Check in process was a breeze. The apartment is up three flights of stairs that are pretty narrow. Very common for a downtown flat. 1 bedroom 1 bath with a futon for our teen. Just a couple of blocks from Time Square and tons of food options. Would definitely stay again.

Location: Listed on a quiet street, but revealed to actually be on a 5-lane avenue with significantly more noise nearly 24/7 (6am-4am). earplugs recommended.Hazardous Stairs: Take caution carrying luggageMaintenance Issues: Some Cleanliness: shows effortFunctionality: Heat worked, beds were okay, internet was fine. TV turned onVerdict: functional shelter, no frills. room for improvement.

Perfect homemade for exploring the city!

Riki, the host, was super responsive and even went out of his way to purchase us a pack n play for our toddler ahead of arrival. The location was perfectly situated in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen and everything was within walking distance. Easy walk to subway, bus, etc. the apartment provided everything we needed and with our toddler, it was great to have a separate space for him to sleep. If we are lucky enough to travel across the country back to New York, I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment in great Midtown location

The apartment is very clean, with all listed amenities. The host is responsive and attentive. The location is superb, 2 blocks from Times Square. Ron’s of restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen area , all short walking distance. Highly recommend
