"Checking date we got a dirty 2bed room, they switched us to a one bed room, bring in a mattress without bed sheet. I think they all part time workers there. None of the them are professional , especially the front desk, I met 2-3 different front desk, none of them well trained, a guy name Christ even yell to me!! What a world!"

"The young woman who took care of us was very nice. She was working on Wednesday, but I can’t remember her name. We were able to drop off our bags early in the morning and go into the city for sightseeing before check-in time. The rooms were clean, and we felt very comfortable overnight. Overall, it was a great stay."

"The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future. "

"The hotel was clean, but we had a highly frustrating stay and cannot recommend it, especially for families.We had absolutely no hot water during our visit. When we brought this to the staff's attention, there was no apology and no offer to change our room. The employee simply repeated that the manager would not be in until 8:00 AM, which was completely unhelpful since we had to check out and leave by that exact time.Furthermore, this property is not family-friendly due to the bathroom design....

"For what it was, a name brand hotel in a cheaper part of NYC, it was ok. Totally sucks that it has a parking lot and guests still had to pay 40 a day for parking. So if you’re planning a stay add 40 bucks to your stay per day. Breakfast was nice and free, not much seating though. Rooms were outdated, small, dark and our TV kept breaking. If you just need a place to rest your head at about 250 a night with parking… it’s not so bad. I would not pay full price and stay there. That’s for sure."
