The house was great! It was very clean and perfect for our family. We loved the game room and proximity to Patterson, Warwick and Wallkill. Also enjoyed all the restaurants on the Hudson River that were very close by.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was very cozy and quiet. The beds were comfy. The house had a homey feel. The bathroom was lovely. The decor was very nice. The house was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We did not utilize the amenities but the playroom is a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

House is beautiful, the area is close to everything shopping, the train station, and the game room is a huge bonus! The hot tub was sparkling clean, and very updated! Thanks to the owners for having a great rental that really saved us this holiday!

Super clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for a long weekend. The kitchen was completely stocked and I easily cooked multiple meals over the weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great cabin for our fishing trip. In fact it would be a great cabin for a family or any other situation when you want a VRBO listing to be exactly what you expect. Clean, everything worked great and owners were very accessible.Three guys 50 yrs brought a trailered boat and used the grill, fire pit and hot tub. One slept in the game room and others in their own bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and we used it every night on the 3 days we stayed for Hudson River Striper fishing. It was close to town and the river, lots of sights and things to do. Recommend Ed and Chris and Thanks for the great time.

Great communication from the host. The cottage was awesome with every amenity you could want. I would recommend staying here if you need a place in the area. I would definitely return.

Everything was well stocked & appointed! It’s a great cottage for 2 couples to have a weekend away! The electric fireplace was a nice amenity-since the weather was sub zero! We visited Beacon & tried a number of breweries & the Bar Arcade as well as some cool shops. It was wonderful to have our own private space to watch the SuperBowl. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely book again!

The photos are zoomed out, giving the impression of a larger common area. The hot water ran out while my husband was shaving, not sure if that’s an energy or water conservation thing. But, overall, very nice and very clean. And the game room was a hit for my husband. It gave him some ideas on creating a game space

Great spot for a Hudson Valley getaway

The perfect spot for a Beacon/Newburgh getaway! Great access to the towns, Storm King State Park, and Storm King Art Center! Lovely house, great game room (played so much ping pong and darts), and the hot tub was perfect.
