"I only got three days for my vacation this year and really wanted something different. This little cottage is truly a solitary getaway - and yet, in the midst of a working farm!! It is brand new and set up for every convenience. The sourdough bread and farm-fresh eggs were such a great extra and SO good!! "We loved this stay, very accurate as depicted. We walked over to Caseys every morning for coffee and to get in a few steps. The apt had everything we needed from night lights to coffee and filters, to shampoo and body wash. Bed was very comfortable and the dark bedroom curtains allowed us to sleep in. Quiet apartment, even with residents on the 2nd floor."

"My friends and I had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean and well equipped with what we needed. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. The neighborhood was quiet. There were several outdoor areas and we did use the one deck. The owners were very nice and answered any questions or issues we might have had. Would definitely stay in one of their properties again. Jane"

"We stayed here on a trip for the Knoxville Nationals. Went to the John Wayne Museum, seen the bridges. The house is a nice house, met many locals at the pharmacy-resturaunt in the square downtown, very friendly, ate at several other local spots, all good service and food. The area is quiet and the house in great shape, clean, had plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in this area. "

"Beautiful & very clean home in great location. Layout worked well with enough bedrooms/bathrooms for our girlfriend get together. Three car garage was nice to be able to access & use. Check-in process was simple & communicated well in advance. Would highly recommend this property & would stay here again in the future. "

"This was a historical home and it was beautiful inside and out the property is clearly well kept the home was perfect and comfortable and made us feel right at home traveling with three generations on one trip we were all very pleased and very happy with the layout the ease of everything and how lovely the house was just a wonderful experience to stay in such a historic home in such a lovely town"
