"The stay is always very nice and all our needs were met. The shower head needed to be replaced, we didnt make a complaint so they probably wont know. The breakfast is really nice. It has a very large variety of foods, love the chocolate milk and the coffee has caffine in it."

"Stayed here after a concert and had a comfortable stay. Had reserved a room with a hot tub but there was a malfunction with the hot tub before my arrival and had to switch to a lower room type but they informed me about it a few days before arrival to let me decide what i wanted to do. They also said they would refund the price difference between the room we reserved and the room we got. The breakfast had the coolest pancakes machine i've ever seen in a hotel. It had me and three other women...

"I enjoy staying here when I come into town. It’s quiet and clean. Normally, I don’t have complaints but the staff member at the desk when I went to drop off my key card was very cold and did not make eye contact with me. I guess I expected a little more attentiveness from that hospitality staff member. The key cards she was organizing was obviously more important than a customer checking out. It won’t determine my overall experience but it definitely stood out. "
