First the light in the bathroom was blinking on and off when we arrived and could not be repaired until after our visit. Nothing they could because of the type of lighting unit. We had two heaters for the room but it appeared that only 1 worked (the heater on right side). It did not affect our comfort in the room but was a minor...

"Charming and lovely hotel with delicious breakfast. Perfect location for walkability to city center and all sites in Oxford, and the indoor and outdoor pub/restaurant areas are very sweet. The "Family Rooms" vary, with some being too small for a family of 3 so ask about which room you will get, especially if your third person is an adult child. We would stay here again!"

So small room and basic, no facilities, poor advice on parking nearby. We booked for 3 nights but were so disappointed we left after 2 nights, despite having pre-paid. I feel like seeking compensation for misrepresentation from Expedia or the hotel. I suggest that Expedia remove this hotel from your portfolio and it will caution me from booking other hotels through...
