Welcome to Sea Breeze Cottage! This vintage 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home captivates you with its authentic old school New Smyrna Beach surf town charm and is PERFECTLY located a mere 100 steps from world-famous Flagler Avenue! Enjoy the absolute closest proximity to top-rated restaurants, unique boutique shops, and trendy night life during your stay. Enjoy all of the creature comforts of home including a fully-equipped kitchen, an inviting living room area with Smart TV and ample space throughout!

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) Single-Car Attached Garage Space (Dedicated), Common Shared Parking (First Come, First Served), Street Parking (First Come, First Served). All are offered free of charge to guests. Due to first come, first served nature of shared parking spots, expect limited shared parking availability during peak event periods in town. No trailers, RV's or oversized trucks are permitted on community parking premises at any time.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Please be sure to disclose accurate pet count when booking. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome and do not need to be included in the pet count when booking. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

We stayed here for a full month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is excellent. Fun Coast’s service and communication exceeded our expectations. So much so, that in the future, we will see if they have a suitable property available so we can do business with Fun Coast again.

First of all, let’s talk about all the good things about this property. The color schemes in each of the rooms and the decor of the entire property was well done. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the beds linen were also great. lt also was very nice that the property offered shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner for their guests. That was a very nice touch, but the garage was the best part for us, because we were able to park our two motorcycles inside the garage over night.Now the things that need to be improved at this property are: You need to have a closet in the second bedroom, so that guest can hang their clothes in their room and not have to go to the main bedroom’s closet. You need to fix the missing pieces of floor tile in the full bathroom by the tub and toilet area. We need to be able to close or adjust the ceiling A/C vent in the main bedroom, so that the air isn’t constantly blowing down on us every time we get into bed to sleep. Also, put LED lights in the garage, the light in there now are just not bright enough.

Property was very clean. Enjoyed spending time on the deck. Great area to stay in. We had hoped it had a bbq grill so that we could Grill but there wasnt one...no biggie! Just gave us more opportunity to eat out

Smyrna Beach Oasis

We had such an amazing visit. The location is a short walk to the beach. Every morning we took a walk over the bridge and saw dolphins. Shops and restaurants around the corner. We will be back next year and many more to come!!
