The convenience of being able to walk out the back door of the condo without hauling everything down an elevator made this our first choice.

Our condo is comfortably furnished first floor unit and by far the most convenient oceanfront condo unit in the SeaCoast complex.

Grocery store , Beauty salon , Fitness Gym and 3 restaurants right across the street.

New Smyrna is a beach town that has managed to keep its quant small beach town identity while offering beautiful white sandy beaches kissed by sparkling blue water.
Our condo is located on the Non-Driving on portion of the beach and only a few minutes from Flagler Avenue where you will find shopping, art galleries, restaurants and nightspots.
The non-drive beach offers a safe place for the little ones to play in the sand while you enjoy the exclusivity of the beach without noisy cars and stinky gas fumes.

NO elevators to travel just WALK Out of the PATIO DOOR and GRAB the BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA, BOOGIE BOARDS AND SAND TOYS >> All Provided for you.

It virtually feels like you own the beach.

Want to come off of the beach and enjoy the pool? That too is right outside the patio door. The shuffle boards and barbecue grill, yep you guessed it right outside of the patio door.
An up graded kitchen, cable and WIFI provided, adds a home away from home touch. One other amenity that makes our unit special, a washer and dryer within the unit, saves you time and money.

New Smyrna Beach is only an hour away from Orlando attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, and is just 45 minutes from Kennedy Space Center/NASA, Daytona Beach and NASCAR.
New Tanger Outlet Center in Daytona Beach is only 20 minutes away.

The golfing enthusiast will find the LPGA Headquarters and golf course 20 miles north, in Daytona Beach and many affordable and challenging courses within 3 to 5 miles of the beach.
