"Cute and clean! This basement suite has high ceilings so you don’t feel like you’re in a basement. Everything was easy and ready to go when we got there. I brought my dog and Kate was thoughtful enough to leave a couple of dog treats available for him. It was a very sweet gesture. When I am back in the area I will look into staying here again."

"It felt like you are staying at your own place. Such convenience to be there. The view is spectacular. The area is really quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious. It was really easy to get hold of the manager when needed. We loved our stay. "

"We had an amazing weekend! The fridge was down when we arrived but a service man came. While the fridge was being serviced we got to know David our host and we arranged for him to drive us to and pick us up from the festival as it was a little too far to walk. We had a great time this weekend!! The table and chairs really eat up the space but other than that we would highly recommend 😁"

"Nice quiet area, all is well kept. Would be 5 star but was very hot and did not sleep a couple nights. 5 of us could not sleep down stairs for the cooler air. "

"We are here working and needed a quiet place to stay after a long day at work outside. House has a nice back yard and is very spacious! Host has great communication and is very accommodating! "

"We travelled up to the area for our nieces graduation. We typically stay in hotels however they were completely booked so we opted to try a rental and man did we luck out! The place is adorable, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was easy to arrange and communication was great with property manager! Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area"
