Hotel is well kept. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Very little staff. Most of staff is really around the casino not the hotel.

Not as pictured. Had to ask for another room. Stains on the tiny, vinyl like, sofa and really uncomfortably decorated. Bed was clean enough to sleep in and seemed on the newer side. The Elm Suite was delightul - cozy and full of charm! It was a perfect location for everything in downtown Northampton! You only need to park your car once and can easily walk everywhere to restaurants, bars, shops, and music venues:-)!

We visited in December, so the pool was closed, but looked inviting even in the snow. The home was so warm and cozy and spacious. We loved our stay.

We had such a wonderful weekend in the yurt! Carolyn was so friendly and welcoming, giving us the tour upon arrival so we knew where to find everything we needed. The yurt was such a magical space, plenty cozy and warm even in the cold March weather. We may just have to come back!
