"Property was clean and looked exactly as displayed in the photos. Dock for swimming and kayaking is of good size and good condition. Good variety of outdoor places to sit between screened porch and outdoor fire pit plus outdoor and indoor family games to play. Access was easy and everything worked as expected. "We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!"

"We had a completely delightful girls weekend! Brian & his wife allowed us to book only 20 or so hours in advance after our other VRBO got cancelled. We had an issue with the hot tub and they sent over a guy asap. Such a beautiful house with everything you would need! "
