Welcome to our fully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in New Port Richey! This cozy retreat features an open concept kitchen and living room, a King bed with a TV in the bedroom for relaxing nights in with fresh bedding, central AC, and a remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Perfect for two adults with small kids, enjoy free WiFi, Netflix, and parking, plus a shared outdoor garden for morning coffee. Steps from downtown, shopping, restaurants, and Sims Park—just a 5-minute walk!

Guest access
The entire home is for guest use. This is a triplex and the parking area and outside garden patio are shared. Guests share the outside space with neighbors but the entire inside is private and only for their own use.

The downtown area which is a block away has a small grocery store, restaurants, and shops. It’s great for walking around and Sims Park is gorgeous and by the water; it’s only a 5 min walk. The home is super close to everything including shopping, the hospital, and the beach.

Only individuals 18 years or older can make a reservation.
Luggage Drop-Off
Allowed with prior confirmation.

Pets are welcome but must be approved by the host before booking.
Let us know how many pets and what breed(s) you're bringing.
Some breeds are restricted (see list below).
Non-shedding dogs are allowed on the furniture. Shedding dogs are not permitted on the furniture. An extra cleaning fee will apply if pets are found on furniture contrary to this policy.

Pets must be clean and groomed.
If the unit smells like pets at checkout, a cleaning fee will apply.
We are fair but firm with this policy.

Shower and Water Heater
Please know that the unit has a small water heater. One shower can comfortably last about 8–10 minutes. After that, the water will start turning lukewarm and then cold.

No Smoking
Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge.
Check-Out Policy
Unapproved late check-out will be penalized.
No Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.


Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy.

Nina and Bob were outstanding hosts. I stayed in two of the triplex units that are perfectly maintained with excellent king sized beds, well outfitted kitchens, and comfortable accommodations. The location is wonderful near Main Street in New Port Richey, close to good restaurants, a convenience store, etc., all in walking distance. And, although the location is close to the heart of town, it is very quit and peaceful. I plan to retune next year!

I loved my stay at this cute little cottage. I did have a couple issues, one which was resolved but one that wasn’t able to be resolved before I left. It was cold the first night and the heat was not working but they fixed it the next day so my 2nd night was nice and warm but then there was barely any hot water so a cold shower was not great but at least I had heat! All in all the bed was comfy, the place was quiet and it was very walkable to downtown New Port Richey.

Perfect home away from home

I have stayed here multiple times traveling for work and love it. It is clean, comfortable, right off Main Street so it is close to restaurants, shopping and anything you need. I’ll continue to come back!

Perfect getaway

cute little place that was pictured and described exactly as it is on listing. Had everything that two adults needed and more. It was an easy drive from PIE and Clearwater as well as up to Springhill. Owner was fast to respond. Would definitely recommend!

Small unit but adequate for 2 adults

Location was good near town. Ammenties within the unit were very clean. Couch was very small and not very comfortable. Bed was however very comfortable. If long term renting lack of dresser for your clothes. Lighting in bathroom could be approved with lights above the mirror. Could also use a robe hook in the bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked.

Clean and cozy

The property is clean and cozy, but a little noisy outside. The neighbors were loud and you can hear a lot of sirens during the night. The thermostat was very difficult to control and it actually got down to 56 degrees inside, so I was quite cold. The people are nice to work with and the cleaning crew was excellent. Bring yourself a can opener and pizza pan, because there are none there. The owner was nice and they do keep the place nice and clean so that's a plus.
