This fabulous sunny modern ground level apartment meets the needs perfectly for travellers visiting our beautiful region. The owner has allowed for everything you need for a quality holiday on a budget. The well equipped kitchen with hobs and a convention oven/microwave makes cooking a breeze. The dining area leads out to a deck to relax outside in the sun with a good book. There is an extra toilet in the laundry area. The separate lounge has a comfortable couch that easily coverts into a quality double bed to sleep an additional two guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed. The main modern bathroom is accessed from the master bedroom.
Additional features include, ramp access, unlimited wifi, smart tv, sky tv, heat pump, off street carpark and much more.
In the morning take a stroll along the scenic coastal walkway to the port to enjoy brunch over looking the water at the Bach Cafe. In the evening, there is plenty of takeaway options to choose from a short walk away. The children will enjoy the wave machine at the NP Aquatic Centre, exploring Kawaroa rock pools and Destination Play.

Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All bach break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
