"Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table.
Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room.
My police escort requested the room change because the first room was deemed a possible crime scene, but desk clerk was told to gove me this one. Too distraught from my previous evening's experience, I said...

"Great location and parking. Staff was pleasant except in the restaurant where they seemed way too busy to be bothered by non-drinking customers. Also, temperature in the restaurant was frigid - so cold we got our food to go because it was so uncomfortable. TV was out during a storm - they should consider ditching satellite. "

"It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went.
However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk.
4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working.

"When Asst. Mgr is there things run great but on the days the kids (young staff) are in charge things are not good.
3 day breakfast was very good but 2 days breakfast was late, several items were limited or missing all together.
Place was not kept clean, coffee machine leaked for two days with coffee running to elevator.
Building is not well maintained, lost AC day 3 and had to move rooms. 2/5 days understaffed.

"Worse hotel experience ever!! The regular elevator was out and there were mold on the second floor. Our bathroom had a awful smell coming out of water drain in the floor. I had to deep clean the room!! I would've canceled my room but we were in town for a funeral. Do not get fooled by nice lobby pictures!! "
