Què no li ha agradat: Personal i servei
I stayed at this property for three nights and, unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room itself felt quite stuffy, largely because there was no vent in the bathroom to help with airflow.
The service was the biggest letdown. We found the staff to be quite rude and unsupportive; they even refused to provide us with an adequate amount of bottled water. Furthermore, the communication regarding booking benefits was nonexistent. My Expedia booking included a $130 tour credit, but the staff claimed to have no knowledge of it. To make matters worse, we only discovered a flyer on our final day mentioning that guests receive discounted tour tickets—information that would have been incredibly helpful to know earlier so we could actually use our credit.
Between the poor hospitality and the lack of transparency regarding our credits, I would not recommend staying here. It was a frustrating experience and a poor value for the money.
