The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because several things had to be addressed while we are there. They communicated great with me for the most part and got some of it fixed. The other stuff I’m sure they will fix given time to order parts. We didn’t have hot water in the shower in the main bedroom, they came and fixed it after several phone calls back and forth. The pool/spa couldn’t be heated by us, the control panel wasn’t working even though they sent out people to try to fix it. So anytime we needed it on we had to text and couldn’t control the lights or the actual temperature. Also, we were there for a kids event so we had a mix of kids and adults. The house next to us had a huge party every day and while that’s to be expected in NOLA it was very loud outside and we didn’t spend as much time outside as we would have liked. The master bedroom and the main bedroom downstairs need better curtains as there is a streetlight that shines all night right outside the window and the curtains don’t block all the light.
