Our room was not vacuumed when we got there, and there were dirty towels in the washing machine that had not been washed. Other than that, things were clean and as described. Furnishings are sparce but that's ok. The man who met us when we "checked in" was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to help. The pool area was tidy and clean. We didn't swim but there were others enjoying the pool. The location is the biggest draw back. Not an area I would have stayed in had I known more ahead of time. Having the gated parking area is great but having to get out of your car to open the gate, as a woman at night, was not ideal. They should provide remote openers if you pay a deposit for one as an option. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen supplies are lacking if you plan to do any cooking. A few extra items like a spatula and non-stick frying pan would go a long way to help.
