  • Our shotgun in the historic Touro/ Riverside area has all the character of its 120 years, yet is all new this year. 2 big queen bedrooms, 2 beautiful full baths, granite/stainless kitchen, laundry. Back patio. Sleeps 4. The house is 3 blocks off Magazine street with its many restaurants, bars, shops, coffeehouses and galleries. Minutes to Audubon Park, the Universities, the Parade Route, Downtown, the Superdome and the French Quarter. We're a block off Tchoupitoulas with the famous Tipitina's. Close to St. Charles streetcar and several bus lines. No cars needed! We're a great foodie location with dozens of restaurants within a few blocks and Rouse's supermarket close by. Two large bedrooms with queen beds. Also daybed. There's a fenced backyard to relax in with hammock, fire pit and grill. Has all new central air and heat, fully appointed kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washer and dryer, gas range, microwave, 11 foot ceilings, WiFi.

Great stay on Annunciation St.! Lisa was an excellent host—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy.The location is ideal—close to Magazine Street and easy access to the French Quarter, but in a quieter neighborhood. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.Would definitely stay here again!

Lisa, the property owner, truly went above and beyond! She greeted us warmly upon our arrival after a long drive out of town for a much-needed weekend escape. The house looked exactly like the photos—stunning, spotless, and perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous attractions. Lisa also provided a handy binder with top local recommendations, which made exploring even easier. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this exceptional home.

Cute home in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable which was a plus. Great location. We would stay here again. Host was quick to respond and accommodating as well as helpful with best options to get around New Orleans

Excellent house and location

This has to have been the cleanest VRBO rental we have stayed in. Lisa was an excellent host and did a great job communicating with us about our stay. I highly recommend her place and we would gladly use it again on our next trip to New Orleans.

Lisa is absolutely wonderful. We showed up on Thursday to check in, but I had actually booked check in for Friday in error. Lisa was so gracious and accommodating. The house is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. My husband and I were more than satisfied with staying at the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also the neighborhood is great and the house is so close to Magazine Street. We had frozen coffee from CJ Coffee Shop that was out of this world.
