"Staff was friendly and check-in was simple. The room was a bit run down - the chair in the room was threadbare, the handle on the bathroom sink popped off, there was a bare patch or two in the rug. It was a nice sized room, but they only had a single bath towel and a smaller towel in the bathroom, and a single shampoo packet and bar of soap. Could've done a bit better there. "I booked this room for my wife so she could visit her friends across country. The receptionist abused his position and asked for her number. She thought it was for the reservation but he just wanted her number. The sheets had not been cleaned and she had to go ask for another set and the AC clanked all night. Not a great stay. "

"The hotel was clean - updated lobby and dining area but our room was a little dilapidated. Additionally, it took about 15 minutes of running the shower and faucet for us to get hot water. The night guy at the front desk had to "reset the boiler" when I told him that we had no hot water but the problem persisted all weekend. Otherwise, it was a fine play to stay."
