Come enjoy this amazing newer beach house on Beach Lake, a 5-acre, private, sand bottom lake for swimming, fishing (catch/release HOA rules), canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding & numerous other water activities, with your own private beachfront area! You will love the screened in porch & not want to leave - however, if you do, you are just minutes away from Castle Rock Lake, boat launches, hiking, golf, restaurants, bars and much more! Castle Rock Lake is the 4th largest lake in Wisconsin!

◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.

Other Things to Note:
◆ We require all guests to be at least 25 years of age when they book. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations.
◆ The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $5,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $200 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6.50 every additional night.
◆ Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
◆ All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Northwoods Portal powered by Charge Automation prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
◆ I give permission to PMI Northwoods to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Great, relaxing vacation. Everything that we needed was there—didn’t have to purchase much if any supplies. Had fun with kayaks and paddle boards. Host was easy to get a hold of. Wonderful!!!

We really liked the house. Everything is beautiful, renewed and clean. Our 4 families with kids were perfectly accommodated in 4 bedrooms. The view from the window was pleasing. After a festive feast, it’s nice to take a walk around the lake. The house has everything necessary for life and rest ) I highly recommend choosing this house for your rest.

We had our family Christmas gathering. The house was very warming and very well decorated for the holidays. This is our second stay with Joni and really enjoyed the house, nearby parks for hiking, and relaxing environment. Joni has excellent communication and truly wants you to have a great experience.

The walkout beach to a small lake (~25 total homes on the lake) is wonderful. Lots of sand for the kids to play in. The house fit all 14 of us pretty well. Had lots of entertainment options - water toys, outside toys, fire pit, foosball table, etc.

Beautiful beach for young children. We had children ages 2 - 11. They loved playing in the water and sand. The small lake was wonderful. Big enough to have fun but not so big as to lose track of the kids.

Our family was so impressed with the cleanliness of this home and the great access to fun in the water right outside our door. The kayaks and paddle boards were well used and enjoyed greatly! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This was such a great experience. The kids and adults all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The kids loved swimming the the island. The house was clean and had everything you’d need for a getaway. Communicating with the host was also great. Answered any and all questions and responded quickly!

It was a great time staying at this adorable house! The location is secluded and not busy like the Dells. The house inside is gorgeous! A lot of fun things to do and the owner is very understanding and kind!

This is an amazing property for ski season! Plenty of space for two families and it had everything we needed. We loved the ski in/ski out, heated garage, kids area downstairs and the hot tub! The kids had so much fun playing in the snow just out front also. Vicki was so helpful and responsive! Definitely can’t go wrong booking this place.

my large family had a short get away. We needed 2 houses and used this one. It was fantastic, clean and joni the host was awesome. If i had to pick one negative thing 2 of the beds were a hard so we made kids sleep in there lol hopefully we will stay here in summer time

Our entire family was very pleased with our choice of rental homes. It was laid out so nicely with plenty of privacy for each family. The kids had a blast exploring the "Big House". There was plenty of items provided to keep them busy. A big thumbs up.

Beautiful home, comfortable and relaxing ! Appreciated that the kitchen was so well equipped even down to the extra little sippy cups for kids . Loved that there were kayaks and paddle board. Fun for all ages on the beach . Thanks to the hosts for providing so much for a great getaway:)

Fantastic property - my group stayed here for a bachelor party and was very impressed. Lots of room for everyone to have a bed, updated appliances, and great access to the private lake. Joni was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I hope to be back next summer!

Great place for outside with a grill, sandy beach, rafts, lilypad raft, kayaks, and paddle board! Kitchen was perfect with well supplied equipment. Family had a really good time here!

There were 13 of us, 8 adults and 5 children ages 2-7. We spent almost all of our time on the beach or in the water. Most fun was the Lilly pad. We were thankful for all the extra life jackets provided. The kayaks and paddle boards were also a hit, and the kids loved swimming out to the island in the middle of the lake. The kids loved catching all the frogs and turtles by the lake. The house had everything we needed. We loved our time at this property!

We had an awesome stay at Joni's property! It was the perfect place to take our young grandchildren. They had so much fun playing in the lake. Everything was exactly as Joni described. Very clean and well stocked.
