"This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property."

"I stayed at the Oregon District property from 4/13–4/18/26. The location is definitely a highlight—it’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown, which was very convenient for getting around.However, there were several issues that impacted my stay. If you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the best fit. The walls are very thin, so I could clearly hear neighbors’ TV and conversations. "Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!"

"Tristin is an excellent host, answered all questions and resolved issues that arose. This house is very comfortable and all necessities were available. Yes, the steps are steep, yes the bathroom is upstairs. This is an updated old house and these features accompany age. Great value and close to many of the things we planned to do in Dayton."
