Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale
Staff was very friendly, bathtub was dirty with a rusty drain cover and large chip in the glazing. Lots of dings and nicks in furniture, doors, etc. Restaurant makes great coffee but the food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. Felt as though the chair may fall apart under me. The Study at Yale
The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate ...
