"What a beautiful oasis...set in peaceful pretty surroundings. The spa was fantastic,dinner was amazing and the breakfast ..out of this world. The staff so polite and helpful. Il be back..just what I needed. "

"The room was dirty, with cigarette butts and ash in the drawers along with dirty takeout bits, the toilet just had cleaning fluid sprayed on top of something gross, there was no tea making facilities in the room, the food seemed to be from a van outside and the cherry on top was being kept awake at 2am by a voilent sounding drunk trying to kick doors in until the police arrived, then being greeted with ripped clothes and blood on the stairs as we left."

"Train station being close is about the only good thing this place has to offer. You have to make it past the bar with a bunch of rowdy drunks talking trash to you just to check in. Whoever took the pictures for this place deserves a raise. The room is tiny. The mattress is old. The bathroom is gross. The carpet is gross. Was woken up at 2 am by a guy pounding on the door next to us begging someone to let him in. This went on for about 15 minutes the first night. There is no security lock on the...

"The hotel in general was ok. Having to book a table in the bar was not ideal when we wanted a quick drink. Room cleaning was really late and after spending a day out expected room to be clean when we arrived back at 4,30pm - it was not. Not much step free access , so not ideal if got mobility issues. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there was a wedding reception on the first floor on our first night, the noise was awful and went on until 2am, we had to complain along with a number of other guests,...

"I was initially quite happy with my room - it was clean, the amenities were new, and it felt like great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, the stay turned out to be very uncomfortable. The bed was rock solid, as were the pillows, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Even with the fan turned off, there was constant noise throughout the night, and the thin walls meant I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. While I appreciate the cleanliness...
