"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

"Wow this place was amazing ! Easy to communicate with property owner. The property is gorgeous and has so much history. The cottage was larger than anticipated and laid out nicely. I travelled with my husband, 2 kids, mom and grandma. We all hung out comfortably and relaxed. Very homey and would recommend if looking for some down time and good location place to stay. Lovely place. "

"Simplemente genial!!!La casa tenía de todo, estaba equipada con todo lo que se puede pensar y mas.Gill ha sido muy amable y ha estado pendiente de nosotros.La casa está en un sitio muy muy tranquilo, no había ruido alguno, muy acogedora y con vistas al lago.Han sido una estancia realmente buena."

"Breakfast food for the first day was graciously provided by the owner. Accommodations for our 7 adults family was very spacious. If coming from the US be aware the are switches in the bathroom to active hot water in the showers. We had a hiccup with the hot water supply but the owner was very quick to resolve the issue. The close proximity to town (6 minute drive) provide d restaurants/pubs, food store, pharmacy, gasoline, church, shopping…. I highly recommend this house. "
