"It's the little things that put this over the top. Jim left us lots of water, Hershey's kisses, and blueberry muffins. He's very hospitable and gave us a full tour of the property when we arrived. We stayed for a long weekend. We took advantage of the fire pit one night. It was nice commutable distance to LBI, about 45 minutes at peak traffic (and he had beach badges for us to use). Also very close to Brendan Byrne State Forest, where we did some hiking. The Murphy bed was nice and had a good...

"The property was perfect for us. It has plenty of room and great furnishings. Had some trouble with the door upon arrival but were able to sort it out. Host was great. Friendly. Gave us eggs from his chickens. Our dog was with us and it was a good space for her as well. The pool was great!!Would definitely recommend and return. "

"Property was awesome and exactly as described. Clean, neat and very well equipped. Owner was great and easy to communicate with. "

"The house was clean and cozy, with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it fully. The backyard was perfect during the day & into the evening. We loved that the beach & boardwalk were both just 10 minutes away. Thank you for offering such a great place to stay."

"This clean and comfortable Bayville home is the ideal ‘home away from home’. The layout of the house makes it feel quite roomy and the neighborhood is less than a 30 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Patricia is a lovely and communicative host who prides herself on making your stay as perfect as she can."

"The house needs a lot of work. Smells really musty, parts of backyard fence were down so couldn’t let dog out alone. There was no grill (listed in amenities) in backyard but there was an old toilet on its side and a can of spray foam with the foam leaking out. Lots of patches and thing’s attached using duck tape."

"I travel to Trenton for work and this will be my go-to place. This was my second time staying with this host and everything was excellent again. The apartment is clean, well stocked, and perfectly located. Deena is a great communicator and always answers my questions quickly. Highly recommend."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect set up and nicely decorated, with everything we needed for our 3 day stay! It was an easy drive to restaurants and amenities. The best part may well have been the long lawn, which was our dog's favorite! "

"We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key."
