"From the minute we walked in the door and was welcomed by Marilyn, we had a most delightful stay! Tho we were in town for a funeral, Marilyn's personality was the perfect fit for any occasion. All our needs were met. The hotel had welcoming free coffee, a spacious room. Surroundings were safe, quiet and close to restaurants and activities. A definite stay while traveling through or in Crown Point!"

"On site restaurant and bar were convenient and very nice. Walkable to restaurants. Very close to Indiana Dunes. Good WiFi. Clean. Hot tub and pool missed the mark in my opinion. Pool was rather chilly and hot tub doesn’t have bubbles. Maintenance said the tub is a spa so doesn’t have to."

"I booked this hotel from out of town! When I got there the staff were really nice and the hotel was very clean! I stayed do 4 days on my 2nd day my room key to the pool didn’t work! The lady Char at the front desk made it seem like it was my fault and told me she needed to look into my reservation and just had a nasty attitude because she took my key and locked me out of my room! I waited over 30 minutes for her to figure out what’s wrong with my key that she kicked me out of my room with....

"Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean—the carpet was dirty, the ceiling was cracked, and the overall condition of the room felt outdated. The reservation was made for three guests, yet only two towels were provided. There was also an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, which was noticeable immediately upon entering and remained present during the stay. This significantly impacted the overall experience. The front desk staff member was not welcoming or pleasant,...

"The staff was great, however housekeeping is lacking. We booked a king suite for three nights and our original room was pretty dirty. Brown splatter on the bathroom door and brown splatter in the grout of the bathroom floor and under the vanity. Black mold around the ceiling vent. We did get moved to a different room however it was smaller than our original room. The staff was accommodating as possible, and did move us to a nice very large room our last night. Breakfast was okay. Pool was okay....

"Do yourself a favor and stay someplace else. The overall condition of our room was poor. The furniture was old and in poor condition, no shampoo was provided (just soap bars), no hair dryer was provided. Worst of all, there was lots of hair on the floor. I requested a different room, but was told that they couldn't approve a room chance withoit a manager present. The breakfast was okay. The whole place appeared to be in poor condition. We will not be staying here again."
